Account Deletion
This page explains how to permanently delete your Brick Run account and associated data.
If you want to delete your Brick Run account, email privacy@brick.run from the email address linked to your account and use the subject line Account Deletion Request.
You can also contact us through the in-app support or settings flow and ask for account deletion.
What We Delete
- Your Brick Run account profile and login credentials.
- Your training data, saved activities, plans, and connected account metadata stored in Brick Run.
- Associated personal data that is no longer required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.
What May Be Retained Temporarily
- Backup copies may persist for up to 12 months before they are overwritten or purged.
- Limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
Processing Time
We aim to begin processing deletion requests promptly. Active account data is typically purged within 90 days of confirming the request.
Connected Services
If you connected third-party services such as Garmin, you may also want to revoke access from those services directly. Revoking third-party access stops future syncs, but it does not replace deletion of data already stored in Brick Run.
