Terms of Service

Effective: October 2025 • Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the country/region where Framebit Company Limited is legally registered.

Brick.run (“Service”) is owned and operated by Framebit Company Limited, a company legally registered in Thailand. References to “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Framebit Company Limited.

By accessing or using brick.run, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use brick.run. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age and terminate accounts that do not meet this requirement.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts that pose a security risk, violate policies, or misuse integrations such as Garmin or other fitness-platform APIs.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
• Abuse or overload the Service
• Scrape data in a way that burdens our servers
• Reverse engineer any part of the Service
• Harass users or publish harmful content
• Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes

4. Garmin and Third-Party Integrations

If you connect your Garmin account, you grant brick.run permission to access, store, and process your allowed Garmin data (e.g., training load, workouts, heart rate, activity summaries) solely for providing training analytics, syncing training plans, and improving your user experience.

You may revoke Garmin access at any time through Garmin’s user dashboard. Revocation stops future syncs but does not automatically delete previously imported data (see Privacy Policy).

5. Intellectual Property

All branding, design, and code for brick.run remain our property. You retain ownership of your content and imported data. You grant us a license to display and process your data solely for operating the Service.

6. Training Plans & Analytics

Training recommendations, predictions, and analytics are provided “as is.” They are informational only and not medical or professional advice. You assume responsibility for any training choices you make.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service in the last 12 months.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security or misuse risks.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
